Building the operating system for hospitals

Great healthcare software shouldn't be reserved for metro-city corporate chains. Clinq brings enterprise-grade hospital management to the places that need it most.

Why we exist

The hospitals that serve most of the world run on the least software

In Tier 2/3 India, Southeast Asia and Africa, thousands of hospitals still run on paper registers, spreadsheets and disconnected point tools. The result: lost records, billing leakage, compliance risk and staff burnout.

Enterprise HMS platforms exist - but they're priced and built for large corporate chains, with multi-month implementations these hospitals can't afford.

Clinq closes that gap: the depth of an enterprise system, delivered as affordable, modular SaaS that a 50-bed hospital can adopt in days.

  • Cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS - one platform serving many hospitals, which is how the price stays accessible.
  • Modular by design - clinics start with 3 modules; hospital groups run all 12. Same record, same database.
  • Regulation as a moat - ABDM, DPDP, NABH, NHCX and GST compliance built natively, not bolted on.
  • AI where it matters - scribes for consultations, drafted discharge summaries, intelligent dashboards.
The opportunity

One platform, three markets

Clinq is built as multi-tenant SaaS from day one - designed for India first, expanding to Southeast Asia and Africa where the same gap exists.

🇮🇳

India Tier 2/3

Tens of thousands of 30-300 bed hospitals digitising under ABDM, with government incentives for digital health records accelerating adoption.

🌏

Southeast Asia

Fast-growing private healthcare markets with similar hospital profiles and a shortage of affordable, modern HMS options.

🌍

Africa

Leapfrog markets where cloud-first, mobile-first healthcare infrastructure is being built now - without legacy software to displace.

Beyond the hospital

A product family, not just one product

Two Clinq modules are standalone products with markets of their own.

Clinq Books

Double-entry accounting for Indian SMBs - sales, purchases, banking, GSTR, TDS and e-invoicing. Runs the finances of hospitals on Clinq, and sells independently to businesses that aren't.

Clinq ATS

A full applicant tracking system - requisitions to offers - industry-agnostic by design. Hospitals use it to hire clinical staff; any company can use it to hire anyone.

The company

Expericia LLP

Clinq is built by Expericia LLP. We design every module as a complete, clickable prototype before writing production code - all 14 modules exist today as fully navigable product specs, which is why the platform is coherent rather than stitched together.

We use our own products: Clinq Books runs Expericia's own accounts.

  • Design-first development - every workflow validated with real hospital operators before it's built.
  • Revenue from day one - subscription SaaS plus a share of DHIS digital-record incentives.
  • Lean and focused - one codebase, one design system, every module consistent.
A diverse team of doctors and nurses

Built by clinicians, engineers and operators who believe great hospital software belongs everywhere - starting in India.
